Accounting Manager - Remote

Overview

The Accounting Manager will take the financial lead within the EVERSANA accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely accounting transactions and reconciliations, and collaborating with employees throughout the organization.

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP.
• Oversee the full cycle general ledger financial close process.
• Lead the account reconciliation process and resolve issues.
• Prepare audit schedules and work with auditors.
• Recommend improvements to accounting procedures and policies.
• Lead the accounting integration of acquisitions.
• Communicate effectively with all levels within the organization.

Requirements

• B.B.A. in Accounting.
• 5-7 years of experience in an Accounting role.
• Extensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Experience in managing teams and providing performance feedback.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in complex spreadsheets and accounting systems.
