Overview

The Product Owner for Public Safety Solutions will be responsible for delivering world-class functionality for public safety agencies, focusing on the Everbridge Continual Preparedness System (CPS) product solution while collaborating with global teams.

In Short

• Meet with customers to understand their problems and drive product development.
• Work with cross-functional teams on competitive analysis and product positioning.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product experience in a SaaS environment.
• 2+ years of Scrum experience as a Product Owner.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Experience working with global teams.
• Knowledge of mobile app deployment regulations is advantageous.
• Understanding of sales, marketing, and software development processes.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
