Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment.
• Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment.
• Global sourcing experience from major tech hubs.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
• Goal-oriented with a doer mindset.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Comfortable hiring for products based on uncensored models.
• Experience in AI recruitment is a plus.
• Exposure to employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives is a bonus.
