Overview

We are seeking a disciplined and detail-oriented Accounts Payable & Finance Operations Specialist to support our Finance team. You will manage supplier invoices, ensure timely payments, reconcile accounts, and help maintain clean finance operations.

• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills required.
• Fully remote position.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years’ experience in accounts payable or finance operations.
• Relevant formal education in Accounting/Finance/Business Management.
• Experience with accounting systems (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP).
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated.
• Comfortable in fast-growing/startup environments.
• Fluent in English.
