The Milk Accounting Reconciliation Specialist will leverage their diligence, problem-solving abilities, and exceptional customer communication skills as they work directly with raw milk manifest data, ensuring data integrity and resolving issues related to raw milk deliveries.

In Short

• Manage data associated with weight manifests using Ever.Ag systems
• Audit producer weights weekly and during key processes
• Communicate with customers to resolve manifest errors
• Perform daily and monthly balancing of data
• Document client issues and resolutions in Salesforce
• Perform backup Dispatch duties as needed
• Investigate client issues and provide follow-up solutions
• Contribute to mobile manifest implementations
• Utilize reports to identify missing data
• Ensure accurate data entry and processing functions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Accounting, Business, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in reconciliation functions
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office suite
• Willingness to work overtime during nights and weekends
