Account Reconciliation Specialist - Remote

In Short

• Work with partners on creation of funds flow and new account set-up.
• Establish ongoing reconciliation process.
• Reconcile all DDA account activity.
• Create entries for manual money movement between accounts.
• Facilitate refund check process and overall account maintenance.
• Analyze account activity and reconcile accounts.
• Identify outstanding account issues and research for resolution.
• Follow approved processes for opening/closing DDA accounts.
• Work on refund check and wind down process.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Typically requires less than one year of related experience.
