Inbound Support & Reconciliation Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a full-time Inbound Support & Reconciliation Specialist I to work alongside our US-based Merchant Operations team. This role will support our eCommerce websites and other warehouse channels.

In Short

• Creating digital packing slips in our warehouse management system
• Solve Stocking PO tickets as assigned
• Send email communication to vendors as needed
• Make outbound phone calls to vendors as needed
• Automotive interest or knowledge is a plus
• Working with automotive products and reviewing the condition of the product
