Reconciliation Specialist - Remote

Decile Group is transforming venture capital into a force for good in the world, and we are looking for a Reconciliation Specialist to ensure the integrity of General Ledger accounts in a dynamic fund accounting environment.

In Short

• Perform daily reconciliation of GL accounts for venture capital fund transactions.
• Analyze and resolve discrepancies in fund accounting records.
• Support and adjust portfolio company and investor accounts.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements.
• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and portfolio companies.
• Document procedural changes and contribute to projects.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• 3+ years of work experience with VC Fund Accounting teams.
• Strong understanding of fund accounting documents.
• Familiarity with fund administration or investment accounting software.

• Proven expertise in reconciling General Ledger accounts.
• Ability to analyze and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• 2+ years of Venture Capital experience.
