ERP Senior Project Specialist - Remote

Overview

The ERP Senior Project Specialist will focus on supporting the Agribusiness Business Unit, engaging with leaders and technical teams, and ensuring successful implementation of company products.

In Short

• Lead pre-sales efforts including product demonstrations and requirements gathering.
• Develop project statements of work, budgets, and oversee audits.
• Act as the main contact for clients providing training and support.
• Partner with sales and technical teams to meet project objectives.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and create training resources.
• Drive multiple projects and manage risks effectively.
• Test system setups and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain documentation and change management plans.
• Foster strong client partnerships.

Requirements

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in food processing or related technologies.
• PMP, CSM, or similar certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency in SmartSheets, Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting and presentations.
• Ability to analyze business content and deliver presentations.
