We’re seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of a high-impact, enterprise-level platform for strategic customers. In Short

• Develop and manage project plans for enterprise platform delivery.
• Oversee data migration, system configuration, and user onboarding.
• Implement change management strategies for customer adoption.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deliver onboarding programs.
• Provide go-live support and monitor system performance.
• Act as the primary contact for customer project teams.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and customer teams.
• Travel up to 30% to support customer engagements.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with company goals.
• Build strong relationships with enterprise stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5-7+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience in SaaS environments and enterprise software delivery.
• Proven expertise in data migration and change management.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed.
