In Short

• Drive end-to-end implementation for customers.
• Configure workflows and templates based on firm procedures.
• Write and iterate AI prompts for product launches.
• Execute SQL queries for custom firm reports.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and validation.
• Draft training schedules and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Provide feedback to improve the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in SaaS, LegalTech, or complex operations.
• Experience with enterprise implementations for large customers.
• Strong skills in prompt engineering and SQL.
• Detail-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-centric with experience working with enterprise clients.
• Ability to build UAT scenarios and prioritize issues.
