In Short

  • Design and manage onboarding programs for new CSMs
  • Build and deliver ongoing enablement (everboarding) for the CS team
  • Partner with CS leadership to identify training needs and success metrics
  • Tailor existing enablement content to fit CS workflows and goals
  • Act as the primary enablement contact for Customer Success

Requirements

  • Experience as a CSM at a B2B SaaS company, with enablement ownership
  • Proven ability to build programs from scratch in fast-paced environments
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a “figure-it-out” mindset
  • Passion for helping CS teams scale and improve performance
