In Short

  • Own and drive the post-sale onboarding process for new customers.
  • Lead strategic onboarding sessions and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure rapid adoption and sustained value from EvenUp’s platform.
  • Develop and deliver high-impact onboarding and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with various teams to address customer requirements and feedback.
  • Act as the primary point of contact during the onboarding trial period.
  • Engage with decision-makers to establish success metrics.
  • Mentor and support junior onboarding team members.
  • Track key metrics related to user engagement and software utilization.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for onsite engagements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS or legaltech industries.
  • Ability to manage end-to-end onboarding processes for enterprise clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of driving customer adoption.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • High technical aptitude with SaaS platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
