In Short

  • Join the Customer Success team as Director of Customer Success for North America East.
  • Manage the regional customer success team and NA East/European customers.
  • Drive customer loyalty and success across the region.
  • Lead onboarding, training, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Ensure high retention rates and boost revenue.
  • Own key metrics like NPS, CSAT, and Time to Activate.
  • Work remotely from the East Coast of Canada.
  • Assist in hiring and managing the North America East team.
  • Develop training materials and conduct webinars.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and customer advocacy.

Requirements

  • Must have hotel experience in a director of sales or senior sales manager role.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent listening, prioritization, and planning skills.
  • Experience with technology and training preferred.
  • Familiarity with hotel sales software and PMS is a plus.
