Recruiting & Customer Care Associate - Remote

Overview

The Recruiting & Customer Care Associate acts as the first point of contact for Tasteocracy Respondents, assisting customers with their needs and resolving any questions or issues that may arise.

In Short

• Act as the first point of contact for Tasteocracy Respondents.
• Handle customer care phone inquiries and digital communications.
• Ensure respondents meet qualification requirements for tests.
• Cold call potential respondents and manage database cleaning projects.
• Meet monthly metrics for phone and digital interactions.
• Provide a welcoming atmosphere for respondents.
• Assist with administrative projects for the recruiting department.
• Work part-time with flexible scheduling options.
• Must reside in the Twin Cities area for occasional in-person meetings.
• Hourly compensation of $16.00.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Comfortable with digital communication channels.
• Some exposure to SalesForce or other CRM systems is a plus.
• Proficient in phone handling.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Reliable and collaborative team player.
• Ability to read respondents' behavior over the phone.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
