Project Manager - Release Management - Remote

Overview

As a Project Manager - Release Management, you will play a key role in defining the scope, timelines, resources, manage cross-functional planning, lead collaboration across business and IT teams, resolve roadblocks, provide dashboards and reports, and act as point of contact for rollout updates with the stakeholders.

• Define transversal project scope in alignment with business objectives.

• Facilitate collaboration between business users, DPMs, Product Owners, and Non-NG SPOCs.

• Track progress against timelines and ensure deliverables are met on schedule.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all transversal rollout communications.
• Coordinate go-live activities and ensure smooth transitions into the production environment.
• Manage post-rollout reviews and continuous improvement plans.
• Provide regular status reports and dashboards to stakeholders and management.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies (Agile).
• Proficiency in tools like MS Project, ServiceNow.
• Ability to work across business and IT teams with strong facilitation and influence skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication tailored to different audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines under pressure.
• Flexible to changing priorities in dynamic environments.
• Understanding of business processes and how technical rollouts impact users.
