Overview

The Project Coordinator will oversee and coordinate chemistry-focused projects at Eurofins, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across multiple teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.

• Manage day-to-day activities of chemistry-focused projects.
• Act as the primary contact between various teams and sites.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Support program managers in developing and executing program strategies.
• Facilitate communication among project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain program databases and records.
• Assist in processing client orders and organizing materials.
• Coordinate with teams across regions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or equivalent experience.
• Proven project management skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the integrated drug discovery process.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and LIMS preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Adaptability to flexible working hours.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
