Overview

The Senior Recruiter at Eucalyptus will work closely with hiring managers to design and execute innovative hiring strategies while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Requirements

• 7+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience.
• Prior RPO experience with in-house TA exposure.
• Ability to shape hiring plans and influence stakeholders.
• Skilled in diagnosing issues in the recruitment funnel.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes.
• Proficient in proactive sourcing and building talent pipelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
