The German-Speaking Customer Expert will deliver exceptional customer service while managing customer interactions and ensuring satisfaction.

Requirements

• Excellent German language skills.
• Very good English communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a premium or luxury brand.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive cases.
• Good computer literacy.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
