In Short

• Responsible for overseeing and monitoring our client investment advice program
• Communicating with the eToro’s EU Investment Committee on new investment advice initiatives as well as periodic updates to the eToro EU Board of Directors
• Serve as a focal point of knowledge for all aspects of the investment advice program and its inner workings
• Periodic Performance and Risk reviews of the clients as well as on the advice methodologies and framework
• Lead and develop both the Human and the AI based investment advice in eToro

Requirements

• This position requires strong leadership abilities, comprehensive knowledge of investment strategies, investment portfolios, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to navigate the dynamic landscape of global financial markets
• A knowledge and experience in AI optimizations processes will serve as an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) are preferred
• At least 5 yrs of experience in a global investment firm or investment advisor
• Proven experience in investment management, financial analysis, investment vehicles, portfolio management techniques
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make data-driven investment and trading decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and senior management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial industry
• Ethical conduct and dedication to maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends
