Compliance Officer - Remote

Overview

The Compliance Officer will provide support and guidance on regulatory, policy, and procedural issues while ensuring adherence to compliance standards within the financial services sector.

• Provide support and guidance on regulatory issues.
• Handle Trading Compliance alerts with the Risk department.
• Design and implement a compliance monitoring plan.
• Analyze and review marketing materials and financial promotions.
• Identify and resolve compliance issues and client complaints.
• Review and update compliance policies in line with regulatory changes.
• Provide compliance management information to senior management.
• Stay updated with local and international regulatory developments.
• Develop relationships with Regulators and respond to requests for information.
• Provide compliance training to staff.

Requirements

• 5-6 years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record in financial services; ACAMS, ICA or similar diploma preferred.
• Experience building relationships with Regulators.
• Able to advise on complex regulatory issues.
• Experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Able to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
