Field Operations Supervisor - Remote

Overview

The Field Operations Supervisor plays a pivotal role in driving efficiency and productivity within the Field Teams. To be successful in this role, the Supervisor must build and maintain professional, collaborative relationships with the Sales Operations Team to facilitate the hiring, onboarding and training of Collectors, Phlebotomists, and/or Medical in accordance with the specific needs of the client/clinics.

Requirements

• Experience supervising a staff of 5 or more.
• Recruiting and Interviewing experience required.
• Preference for Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Completion of approved Phlebotomy training course preferred.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
• General knowledge of employment law.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
