Overview

As a Bilingual Donor Experience Specialist, you will support EWTN’s goal of enhancing the donor journey by making outbound calls to express gratitude and provide resources to donors.

In Short

• Make outbound calls to thank donors and build relationships.
• Answer donor questions and update records.
• Collaborate with the Donor Experience Manager to refine call scripts.
• Contribute ideas for stewardship materials.
• Utilize strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Experience in customer service or donor relations is essential.
• Knowledge of donor database systems is preferred.
• Must have an Associate’s degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Live a faith-driven lifestyle as a practicing Catholic.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in customer service or donor relations.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Professionalism and a collaborative spirit.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Background in donor relations, preferably in non-profit.
• Educational qualifications: Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s preferred.
