Overview

The Legacy Giving Officer will assist donors in achieving their philanthropic goals while helping EWTN advance its mission, focusing on managing relationships with prospects and donors in the West Coast region.

In Short

  • Manage a portfolio of 45-55 prospects and donors.
  • Develop strategies for planned giving potential.
  • Solicit donations to support EWTN's mission.
  • Maintain detailed records in the CRM database.
  • Draft correspondence and proposals for prospects.
  • Provide expertise on various planned gift types.
  • Prepare documents for gift opportunities.
  • Travel to meet with donors and represent EWTN.
  • 7+ years of fundraising experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.

Requirements

  • Experience in planned giving programs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
  • Knowledge of the Catholic faith and donor community.
