Overview

An exceptional opportunity for a Customer Success Manager to join Esri Canada’s AEC department, responsible for assisting customers in maximizing their investments in Esri products and services.

In Short

  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with customers.
  • Develop Customer Success Strategies and multi-year roadmaps.
  • Document and communicate software feature enhancement requests.
  • Promote the use of GIS and locational intelligence.
  • Support Account Managers and Inside Sales teams.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers.
  • Lead onboarding processes for new clients.
  • Drive renewals and expand product adoption.
  • Support technical proposal development as needed.
  • Work closely with Esri Product team and Industry Managers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with AEC firms or GIS companies.
  • Proven success in working with technical teams and customer stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of GIS in AEC practices.
  • Experience with Esri Enterprise software offerings.
  • Strong problem-solving and innovative thinking skills.
  • Prior experience in customer/account management.
  • University Degree or College Diploma in a related field.
  • Knowledge of industry products like AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Familiarity with InfraWorks and Bentley MicroStation.
  • Bilingual (English/French) is a plus.
