In Short

• Build a team of professional Knowledge Management/Innovation Consultants.
• Partner with technology teams within large legal organizations.
• Design task work plans for team members to accomplish client goals.
• Implement a business plan and Pro Forma for the practice group.
• Design policies and procedures for legal and compliance issues.
• Coordinate with other practice groups for integrated services.
• Collaborate to develop organizational strategies for quality services.
• Participate in industry events and contribute as a subject matter expert.
• Generate revenue through upselling and networking.
• Participate in sales presentations to prospective clients.

Requirements

• BS/BA required; MBA or JD is a plus.
• 8+ years in law firm KM/Innovation space.
• Experience leading consulting or project management teams.
• Extensive experience interacting with senior law firm leaders.
• Significant experience managing large projects.
• History of policy development and best practices.
• Gap analysis experience as a Consultant and Manager.
• Expert knowledge of best practice concepts and technology.
• Minimal travel to US and UK may be required.
