The Regional Sales Manager for Heil Environmental is responsible for driving sales growth and market share for refuse collection vehicles and related products in the Northwest region of the U.S. This role involves managing distributors, direct sales personnel, and ensuring effective representation of the company's products.

In Short

  • Oversee distributor and direct sales personnel activities.
  • Promote OEM and aftermarket parts sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Marketing required.
  • 7+ years of sales management experience in heavy equipment.
  • Experience in the refuse industry is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage relationships and teamwork effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong ethical standards and work integrity.
  • Ability to analyze and improve work processes.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
