Project Finance Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Financial Project Analyst is responsible for managing the financial health of projects, working closely with the Project Management Team to forecast revenue and maintain accurate financial records.

In Short

• Responsible for all financial aspects of assigned projects.
• Maintain financial and operational data within the management information structure.
• Create and distribute scheduled reports.
• Complete month-end responsibilities including revenue recognition.
• Support proposals and contracts with financial analysis.
• Work closely with Project Managers for financial resource planning.
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses as needed.
• Monitor total project cash positions.
• Collaborate with the project team for accurate financial reporting.
• Ensure the overall health of assigned projects.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated relevant finance or accounting experience.
• Pharmaceutical or CRO experience is preferable.
• Strong proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
• Experience with accounting software packages.
• Preferred experience with Oracle Finance.
• Knowledge of financial modelling techniques.
• Excellent analytical skills.
