The Client Quality Assistant supports the Client Quality team with administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with global regulations and PrimeVigilance requirements.

In Short

  • Support administrative tasks for the Client Quality team.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and internal requirements.
  • Document organization and data tracking.
  • Conduct training reconciliation and maintain training matrix.
  • Generate metrics and KPI assessments.
  • Prepare document drafts and final layouts.
  • Organize meetings and teleconferences.
  • Assist with audit/inspection document preparation.
  • Provide miscellaneous administrative support.
  • Support senior leadership with quality-related projects.

Requirements

  • University graduate.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail.
