Your future mission is to help the Legal & Compliance team handle commercial and employment contracts and address various legal matters, delivering professional excellence and integrity at every step.

In Short

• Act as a primary legal partner and advisor to commercial, technology, and HR teams.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts across diverse jurisdictions.
• Guide internal teams on the use of standard form documents and templates.
• Maintain and organize the contract repository and project workspaces.
• Provide support to other legal teams as requested.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law; Master Degree in Law is a plus.
• 2-4 years of experience in a contract department or international law firm.
• Strong understanding of contract law and corporate governance.
• Excellent contracts drafting skills and effective writing skills.
• Ability to identify risks and provide business-aligned solutions.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive approach and dedication to work.
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
• Advanced knowledge of English; fluent Russian is a plus.
