Overview

Equip is the leading virtual, evidence-based eating disorder treatment program on a mission to ensure that everyone with an eating disorder can access treatment that works. The Website Marketing Specialist will own and scale our owned digital channels focusing on user acquisition, engagement, and conversion.

• Manage website and blog optimization strategy to increase organic traffic.
• Collaborate with content, brand, and product marketing teams.
• Monitor and report on channel performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Utilize analytics tools like GA4 and Hotjar for performance insights.
• Support SEO initiatives to enhance organic visibility.
• Work with cross-functional teams on website requests.
• Implement A/B testing to improve user experience.
• Manage backend website attribution.
• Develop strategies for organic growth.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in website or growth marketing.
• Experience with A/B testing and marketing analytics tools.
• Strong collaboration and project management skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute quickly.
• Understanding of backend website attribution.
• Data-driven mindset with analytics experience.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
