Overview

The Lead Therapist will oversee clinical supervision and manage a team of therapists while providing direct patient care in a virtual setting, ensuring high-quality evidence-based treatment for eating disorders.

Requirements

• Licensed in Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• 2+ years of experience treating eating disorders.
• Experience in clinical supervision and team management.
• Ability to deliver outpatient care in a virtual model.
• Strong communication skills.
• Data-driven with experience in performance metrics.
• Organized and results-driven.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
