Overview

The Vice President of Marketing will lead and scale Equip’s marketing ecosystem, focusing on patient & family, provider, and payor audiences. This role requires a strategic operator with deep healthcare experience to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience.
• Experience in B2B and B2C marketing.
• Success marketing to health systems and providers.
• Strong background in brand and product marketing.
• People management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record in similar leadership roles.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven insights.
• Outstanding communication skills.
