Staff Physician - Eating Disorders - Remote

Overview

Equip is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible MD/DO in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics to join its rapidly growing clinical care team caring for patients ages 6-99 years with eating disorders in a 100% virtual Telehealth platform.

In Short

• Deliver comprehensive medical assessments and evidence-based treatment for co-occurring medical conditions.
• Monitor vital signs, labs, and other medical data.
• Collaborate on a multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Communicate via electronic medical record messaging.
• Document effectively and in a timely manner.
• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff.
• Participate in Treatment Team meetings and continuing education.
• Ability and willingness to pursue licensure in all 50 states.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree with board certification in family medicine or internal medicine/pediatrics.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in one or more states.
• 3+ years of clinical practice with experience supervising advanced practice providers.
• Proven ability to excel in high-acuity clinical environments.
• Experience in eating disorder medical management.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Clinical maturity to navigate complex cases.
• Comfortable with startup pace and change.
