Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) - Remote

Overview

The Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (Sr. SDET) will be responsible for driving automation across the web platforms, ensuring seamless software quality during rapid product and company growth.

In Short

• Develop and implement test automation frameworks for web applications.
• Design, write, and execute end-to-end, functional, and integration tests (API & UI) for complex business requirements.
• Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing to ensure consistent user experience across desktop, mobile and tablet devices.
• Collaborate with Engineers to promote shift-left testing approach.
• Monitor and improve testability, test health, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Product Management, and Product Design.
• Execute performance, security, and usability testing.
• Track and manage defects, communicate findings effectively.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, quality assurance, and test automation.
• Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, Playwright, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with GIT and CircleCI.
• Proven experience in API testing using Postman.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with AWS and cloud-based testing environments.
