Meal Support Specialist - Registered Dietitian - Part Time - Remote

Overview

The Meal Support Specialist will provide direct support to caregivers of Equip patients, offering guidance on meal-related questions and challenges.

In Short

• Provide meal planning and nutrition support via chat hotline.
• Convert complex inquiries to phone or video support.
• Monitor chat queue for timely responses.
• Complete administrative tasks and documentation.
• Maintain patient confidentiality.
• Participate in training and internal meetings.
• Deliver on response time and satisfaction SLAs.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and RDN credential.
• Licensed RDN required, eating disorder experience preferred.
• Exposure to family-based eating disorder treatment preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with interdisciplinary teams.
• Organized and results-driven.
• Ability to balance business and clinical needs.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
