Overview

The Executive Assistant II will support Equip’s Co-Founder and Chief Clinical Officer, managing day-to-day schedules and building strong relationships across the company.

In Short

  • Manage Google Calendar for executives, coordinating meetings.
  • Handle Google Mail inboxes and communications.
  • Attend meetings to take notes and distribute materials.
  • Coordinate team engagement initiatives and travel plans.
  • Assist in creating agendas and presentations for meetings.
  • Book and manage travel for the Chief Clinical Officer.
  • Submit and manage expense reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • 7+ years experience supporting C-Suite executives.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and strong communication skills.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and trust-building ability.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Discretion with confidential information.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
