Requirements

• BS/Master's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience with energy market data.
• Demonstrated experience with SQL and Python.
• Effective communication skills for translating business needs.
• Nice to have: experience with DBT and Databricks.
• Deep expertise with Business Intelligence tools.
• Experience with trading systems is a plus.
• Proactivity and self-direction are valued.
• Collaboration-first mentality is important.
• Willingness to teach and learn.
