Overview

This role involves coordinating project activities, managing reports, and facilitating communication between project teams and clients.

In Short

  • Coordinate monthly and weekly progress reports.
  • Create and maintain report templates.
  • Format final documents for internal and client distribution.
  • Assist in project presentations and maintain presentation templates.
  • Act as a point of contact for scheduling and communication.
  • Support Project Leads with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure deliverables are on time through proactive communication.
  • Handle Document Locator Transmittals and Notifications.
  • Collaborate with project teams to gather information.
  • Manage client meeting schedules and logistics.

Requirements

  • Experience in project coordination or administration.
