In Short

  • First point of contact for customer inquiries in 1st level support.
  • Support customers nationwide via remote desktop connection.
  • Document and escalate customer inquiries and technical issues.
  • Participate in the development and optimization of support processes.

Requirements

  • Experience in IT network administration or related qualifications.
  • Completed training as IT specialist or similar is advantageous.
  • Understanding of devices, networks, and databases.
  • Basic knowledge of network infrastructure and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Empathy and patience in customer interactions.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Willingness to grow and develop within the company.
  • Excellent communication skills in German.
