Overview

This role involves handling everyday financial transactions for the agency, including interactions with financial institutions, carriers, and agency personnel.

• Process premium payments to carriers daily.
• Record Insurance Payable transactions.
• Maintain transactional documents in ImageRight.
• Review incoming client payments.
• Prep and process carrier invoices.
• Resolve billing discrepancies.
• Manage Insurance Payables email inbox.
• Maintain carrier vendor contact information.
• Set priorities and manage workflow.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.

Requirements

• Insurance Accounting Experience preferred.
• College degree preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of agency accounting.
• Experience with Agency Management Systems.
• Adobe knowledge preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Must be a team player.
