Overview

The Program Manager's position is responsible for overseeing the U.S. Air Force Global Enterprise Sustainment Program, managing personnel, budgets, and ensuring all contract requirements are met for a global enterprise communication system.

• Manage all aspects of the U.S. Air Force Global Enterprise Sustainment Program.
• Oversee personnel management and budgeting for the program.
• Coordinate with Motorola Solutions sales team and external customers.
• Ensure compliance with DoD change management processes.
• Lead and direct engineers, system managers, and customer service teams.
• Administer contract management and project management tasks.
• Participate in proposals and ensure contract requirements are met.
• Manage supply chain logistics and strategic planning.
• Ensure cybersecurity compliance and system maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of experience in program management.
• Experience in managing large enterprise IT systems.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven project management experience (PMP preferred).
• Ability to manage budgets and ensure profitability goals.
• Experience in customer relations and contract administration.
• Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain necessary security clearance.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
