Overview

As a Global Enablement Program Manager, you will contribute to the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of core global GTM enablement programs, specifically focusing on Payroll.

Requirements

• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Understanding of the GTM audience with relevant experience.
• Experience in payroll-focused roles.
• Training or degree in learning and development.
• Passion for learning and inspiring others.
• Outstanding organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to coach and provide feedback.
• Clear communication skills, fluent in English.
• Reliable and conscientious with a commitment to excellence.
