Energy Strategist - Remote

Overview

The Energy Strategist will provide technical support to Environ Energy’s energy procurement clients and the company’s internal teams that support the energy procurement business. In this role, you will support client’s energy procurement decision making, prepare energy budgets, analyze commodity market pricing, trends and risk factors. You will also assist in preparing and delivering energy strategies to clients, and other analytical support to further the company’s delivery of energy consulting services and sustainability initiatives.

• Provide technical support to energy procurement clients.
• Prepare energy budgets and analyze market trends.
• Assist in energy procurement decision making.
• Conduct research on energy commodity markets.
• Evaluate energy supply offers for clients.
• Create presentations for clients on procurement strategies.
• Support client onboarding and commodity purchases.
• Participate in client calls and ongoing account management.
• Work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Available to work Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM ET.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in energy markets.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
