Customer Success Manager (f/m/d) Smart Grids - Remote

Overview

The Customer Success Manager will support customers in using our software independently and profitably, acting as an interface between customers and internal stakeholders.

In Short

• Responsible for customer onboarding in pilot and rollout projects.
• First point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collect and analyze customer satisfaction metrics.
• Identify challenges and improvement potentials in customer processes.
• Advise customers on business process development using our software.
• Define success criteria tailored to customer needs.
• Train customers in software use and conduct webinars.

Requirements

• Degree in electrical engineering, power engineering, industrial engineering, or similar.
• Knowledge of electrical grids and energy industry interrelationships.
• Experience in project work with customer contact.
• Experience in customer success management or key account management is a plus.
• Ability to represent customer perspective internally.
• Fluent in German and English; other languages are a plus.
