Overview

Genesis Balance Counseling is seeking a Remote Therapist (LCSWA) to provide quality outpatient counseling services to clients throughout North Carolina via secure telehealth platforms.

• Provide individual counseling services through telehealth
• Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and progress documentation
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical notes
• Build therapeutic rapport and deliver ethical, client-centered care
• Manage scheduled appointments reliably and professionally
• Collaborate with administrative staff regarding scheduling and referrals
• Maintain compliance with state licensing standards and HIPAA requirements
• Participate in team meetings or supervision as required

Requirements

• Active LCSWA license in North Carolina
• Eligible to provide telehealth counseling services in NC
• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field
• Strong written documentation skills
• Reliable internet connection and private workspace
• Professional communication and time management skills
