Iris Telehealth is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide therapy services remotely, making a meaningful impact from home.

In Short

• Position: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Location: Remote, must be licensed in Pennsylvania
• Salary: $75,000-$80,000 base salary + bonus potential
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am – 5 pm EST (40 hours per week)
• Minimum 2 years of therapy and diagnostic experience required
• Provide therapy services and connect patients with community resources
• Document patient services in electronic health records
• Use standardized assessment tools
• Support for licensing and credentialing

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Active LCSW license in Pennsylvania required
• Proven experience in therapy with at least 2 years of diagnostic experience
• Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during EST hours
• Experience treating patients across various age groups, ideally ages 13+
• Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
