Senior Data Analyst, Player Engagement - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our Player Engagement team overseeing Canada, Iberia and Latin America (CILA). This analyst will conduct extensive quantitative analysis on our player bonus spending and resulting player behaviors, translating such analysis into strategic recommendations.

In Short

• Conduct quantitative data research on customer behaviors in various lifecycle stages.
• Respond to adhoc analysis needs from Business and Product stakeholders.
• Partner with bonus campaign teams for uplift analysis and A/B testing.
• Evaluate CRM teams' needs for analysis and BI tools.
• Regularly update stakeholders with insights for strategic decision-making.
• Identify predictive behavior models for campaign automation.
• Create support documentation for analysis findings and training.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years in large-data quantitative analysis roles.
• Experience in estimating financial ROI of spending activities.
• Ability to conduct pragmatic analysis balancing speed and accuracy.
• High awareness of basic Statistics concepts.
• Proficient in data analysis software beyond Excel.
• Familiarity with SQL and data extraction tools.
• Passion for quantitative data analysis and uncovering insights.
