Overview

The Growth & Engagement Specialist will be responsible for creating and coordinating customer experiences that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention, acting as a connector between CRM, Product, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Customer Experience, Marketing, CRM, or Project Management.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Solid understanding of customer engagement strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with strong customer orientation.
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
