Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
• 7+ years of proven experience in UX Research.
• Experience in both quantitative and qualitative product research.
• Ability to lead strategic research efforts.
• Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English.
• Advanced problem-solving and innovative mindset.
• Experience working with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Empathy for users and understanding their needs.
